Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Payment for orders must be received within 14 working days otherwise a 5% invoice value surcharge may be imposed, in addtion to a £20 admin fee.

Delivery Schedule 1. Goods will normally be dispatched within 2-4 working days of order placement, unless stated below. In the event that an item is out of stock we may substitute it with a similar product or a product of greater value. Daily cut of time is 13:00 but we can fulfil orders same day, an additional fee may be charge if this service is essential.

2. We use either Royal Mail recorded or special delivery service, and Initial City Link courier service for the shipping of Goods.

3. Royal Mail Special Delivery service is only guaranteed next day by 1pm. Initial City Link service is 1-2 working days and Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded is 1-4 working days.

4. All these services are 'signed for' services i.e. you must be available to sign for your Goods upon delivery.

5. Initial City Link will endeavour to deliver the item on two consecutive working days. In the event that they are unable to deliver the Goods, the Goods will be held at you local depot for a further 5 days. During this time you must contact your local depot and arrange re-delivery (any additional costs to be incurred by you) or arrange collection from your local depot. If you do not contact Initial City Link during this time your Goods will be returned to us. If you request that the Goods be re-shipped after they have been returned to us, we reserve the right to charge any additional carriage costs incurred. In the event that you cannot contact your local Initial City Link depot, please contact us before the Goods are returned to us.

6. In the event that you wish to change the delivery address after the Goods have been dispatched we reserve the right to charge any additional carriage costs incurred.

7. Once the items are dispatched from ourselves, delivery usually takes 1-3 days.

8. In the event of a postal or courier strike, deliveries may take longer to be delivered. All deliveries should be made within 25 days, if this is not the case, we will dispatch another item to you via another means of transport. We are not liable for the delay of your items due to this type of action.
When we get confirmation of a delay, we will contact you outlining the situation and will keep you updated. If you require more information please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

9. In the event that you wish to have your parcel left with a neighbour you must contact us in writing with full details of your neighbours address. GraphicBiz is not able to accept responsibility for any missing Goods left with a neighbour.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero providing your Exemption number .

Credit Card Security All credit card processing is handled by Protx. Protx are approved by all High Street Banks due to their high secure 128bit encrytion. Protx are integrated into our site and all Credit Card information is processed by Protx. GraphicBiz do not get to see your card details.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If there's a problem with any product supplied by us, please let us know within 7 days and we'll make things right.
