Delivery Schedule
1. Goods will normally be dispatched within 3-10 working days of order placement, unless stated below. In the event that an item is out of stock we may substitute it with a similar product or a product of greater value. 2. We use either Royal Mail or An Post for the shipping of Goods. 3. We reserve the right to decide the Postal provider, the respective delivery times are: Royal Mail 1st Class 1-4 working days and An Post 2-6 working days. 4. In the event that the postal company isn't able to deliver the Goods, the Goods will be held at you local postal depot for a further 5 days. During this time you must contact your local depot and arrange re-delivery (any additional costs to be incurred by you) or arrange collection from your local depot. If you do not contact your local depot during this time your Goods will be returned to us. If you request that the Goods be re-shipped after they have been returned to us, we reserve the right to charge any additional carriage costs incurred. 5. In the event that you wish to change the delivery address after the Goods have been dispatched we reserve the right to charge any additional carriage costs incurred. 6. In the event of a postal or courier delay, deliveries may take longer to be delivered. All deliveries should be made within 30 days, if this is not the case, we will dispatch another item to you via a different provider. We are not liable for the delay of your item(s). Should we get confirmation of a delay, we will contact you outlining the situation and will keep you updated. If you require more information please contact us and we will be happy to assist. |
